TRANSACTIONAL ACCOUNTANT – DELIVERY
(BEGINNER)

CONDITIONS

Type Independent Contractor – Full Time 
Experience 1+ Years in Australian Accounts
Hours 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday (flexible schedule options available) 
Location Philippines : Remote – work from home 
Language English 
Start Date As soon as possible 
Reporting to Accounts Controller of Client Success Team

PACKAGE

Base Fee Between AUD $260 – $360 / week (based on qualifications/experience) 
Bonuses Various reward & recognition incentives (based on performance/development) 
Paid Time Off Up to 160 hours per calendar year (calculated pro-rata on hours worked) 
Equipment BYO with minimum requirements
Payment Upon issue of weekly invoice – Paid in AUD

  • Processing Supplier Receipts & Invoices

  • Matching Transactions to Bank Account

  • Allocation of Expenses to Chart of Accounts

  • Reconciliation of Invoices to Statement

  • Recording Overpayments

  • Preparation of Sales Invoices

  • Enter supplier’s tax invoices

  • Resolving Reconciliation Discrepancies

  • ATO Online Services for Agents (OSFA) -Previously ATO Portal

  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel etc.) 

  • Excellent Computer Skills
